Cisco 6911 Unified IP Phone has fixed keys for Hold, Redial, Call Waiting, Conference, Transfer, and Voice Messaging which makes the phone user-friendly. It provides tri-color LED which illuminates on the line key to provide the indication of call-state. It indicates whether the call is an an incoming call, an active call, and a call on hold. It provides flexibility by allowing us to choose colour (charcoal and arctic white) and two receiver style options (slim line and standard) thereby supporting personalization

It has a full-duplex speakerphone which simplifies user experience and delivers a more productive, flexible endpoint experience. It decreases cabling infrastructure and administration costs as it has combined IEEE 10/100 Ethernet switch ports which supports connection to a co-located PC. It is eco-friendly as it uses reground and recyclable plastics.
